Hello, I'm 22 years old and one week ago, I was lifting some heavy stuff, and while lifting the heaviest one, I somehow happened to lift it "on a bad way", using my back instead of my legs. As soon as I lifted it, I felt as something "sliced me through my back". Every thing I lifted after that caused pain in my back. A few days later, the pain is not that big, but now I feel pain in my whole back while walking, laying down, or even bow down to lift something up. I feel the pain in my back and sides of my chest.
