Hello I’m 23 years old and my periods have never been real on time and my last few were real light and I started almost two days ago and it’s really heavy almost black and I’ve seen lots of clots I’ve also been having pains like it’s going up in me and stabbing me like a knife just wondering why my period is so heavy
