Should I Be Concerned About A Lung Cyst With Air Fluid, And Can Any Foods Help Shrink It?

Hello. I m 24 non smoker or drinker. I recently had a CT scan with thorax and it shows I have 5cm lung cyst with air fluids. I am asymptomatic. No fever or dry cough. My pulmonologist told me there s nothing to worry about, but I m most concern of its size because I know if it burst there will be a possibility that my lung would collapse. Do I have to worry about this? Is there any food that would help shrink its size?
