Hello, I'm 24years And Had Unprotected See With My Bf.

Hello, I'm 24years and had unprotected see with my bf. But he didn't ejaculate in me.. Pulled out immediately. My periods are delayed now by 12 days. I have otherwise regular menstrual cycle. First time this much of delay. My esr is 60 n hemoglobin is 11.4. Are they suggesting towards pregnancy? Can i get pregnant even if he has not ejaculated.
