Hello I'm 25 And Occasionally My Fingers Will Lock Up

Hello I'm 25 and occasionally my fingers will lock up I can pull them out of this position but when I relax my hand they will go back. It's not painful but it will randomly happen usually one had at a time. Once when I got sick they both locked up on me. But that's the only time. Is there a possibility of this being a disease or condition I need to worry about?
