Hello, I'm 25 Years Old And Have Been Faithfully In

Hello, I'm 25 years old and have been faithfully in relationship for the last 2 years. Last weekend we went to a pool party, in a rather questionable party pool. I woke up with a patch of skin on my shoulder dis colored, which I believed to be from scraping against the pool but a day or so later I noticed small red bumps around the base of my penis/ scrotum and one a bit further up the shaft. None of them larger than the head of a pen and none of them clustered together. They are not fluid filled and none have become pustules, and are actually receeding within a couple days. I began dabbing them with rubbing alcohol, using a q-tip, and applying neosporen and hydrocotozone cream. They appear to be going away and I hardly notice they're there. It's been two years since I've been tested but have only had one sexual partner in this time who also tested clean. I do have cold sores, simplex 1, and had recently read that sun exposure can cause a mild for to affect anywhere on the body including genitals. I don't know if it's even possible for me to have contracted herpes, tested cleanly, and never have an outbreak until now? I May be being overly worried but I feel every man panics the first time strange dots appear on their genitals. Thank you for your help.
