Hello.. I'm 28 Have Had 5 Kids All Natural Youngest

Hello.. I'm 28 have had 5 kids all natural youngest is 3 in June.. I have recently split from husband and have been having unprotected sex with new partner. However about 3 weeks after inter course I had lower abdomen pain like never before lasted a full day.. Then roughly 3 weeks later I got what I thought was period but wasn't normal different colour red no cramp and shorter than nomlrmal .. Week and half later n I'm bloated can't fi pants up tired and emotional (not normal ) and strange lower aches.. Is it possible I'm pregnant ?
