Hello! I'm 31 And I've Been Trying To Get Pregnant

Hello! I'm 31 and I've been trying to get pregnant since 1,5 years. I have PCO, even though I have relatively regular period since I'm taking inositol, and my hormone levels seem to be normal, except TSH which is 4,67 (range from 0,27 to 4,20), discovered yesterday. I'm doing the monitoring of ovulation this months, for now I know that yesterday there were two "dominant folicules" (one in each ovary), with diameter approx.12mm on 11th day of period. I'm wondering if with this TSH level and PCO it is possible to get pregnant?
