Hello, I'm 31 And Have Been Trying To Conceive For

Hello, I'm 31 and have been trying to conceive for over 2 years. I previously used Depo and expected a time for my cycles to get back to normal but I am started to get frustrated. I am under a fertility specialist but only being seen every 4-5 months. All blood work is normal, HSG clear, swabs clear and husband's semen analysis was fine. I am so confused by my cycles! They only started approximately 11 months after the last Depo and for the next 10 months I experienced bleeding every 10-14 days. This was followed by a 37 day cycle (extremely frustrating!) Since then I experienced average cycles of 23-27 days and felt like I was progressing. Two cycles ago I again had a 13 day cycle followed the next month with either mid cycle bleeding at 10 days (for 6 days) or a new cycle (I really couldn't work out whether it was enough to be considered a period! Started bleeding again on either day 32 (if I just considered the extra bleeding as spotting) and was devastating, but the blood only seems to be there when I use the toilet and comes out thickly and sinks into the water. There is minimal blood on pads. I have been taking b12 and folic acid for several months. My next appointment has just been delayed and I'm getting so frustrated, please help!
