Hello I'm 31 Years Old My Menstrual Is Often Irregular

Hello I'm 31 years old my menstrual is often irregular but it usually come on between the 5th or the 10th. I have been aiming to get pregnant but I have no luck yet. Two months ago my period came on for two days then it stopped but when I wiped I seen light blood. The following month it did not come on. Finally in October it came on but extremely late. It came on the 23rd which is not normal, however it did the same thing as the other month. 2 days of light bleeding then spotting every other day and when I wipe I see light blood. I'm not sure what's wrong
