Hello I'm 32 Yrs Old I Have 4 Kids. I

Hello I'm 32 yrs old I have 4 kids. I just had my son 9months ago. I been experiencing extreme lower back pain n pelvic pain it last all day. Just aches esp my back. My doctor sent me to get a ultrasound my rests came in yesterday and I have leiomyoma uteri.
I have a enlarged uterus
10.4cm× 7.1 cm ×4.3
The fibroid is in the anterior portion of the uterine body 22mm×19mm×15mm
My endomentrial stripe is thickened 19mm
And I have minimul quantity of fluid in the endometrial stripe.

My right ovary 33mm×25mm×23mm

Left ovary 21mm×19mm×12mm

Please help is it really bad and do I need surgery? I have a appt in 2weeks with a gynecologist.
