Hello, I'm 34, female, healthy, didn't have a cold recently, maybe a bit of congestion. It went away, but now I have a hard bump which I fist thought was just a pimple but it has grown in size and seems to be oval and hard and attached to something inside, very painful when pressed on and when I move brow up and down
