Hello I'm 40 Yrs And Have Been Having Piles Problems

Hello I'm 40 yrs and have been having piles problems for more than 10 yrs now. I tried all sort of treatment, like using a 'shooting' a rubber ring like to lock the grown piles so they cut off (forgotten the name of the whole procedure) but after sometime it start getting swollen and bleeding again, I'm now taking Hem Clear hoping to get a better results which I'm yet to see.
I am a woman with 3 children. Please help me out of this.
