Hello, I'm 47 Years Old Female. I Have A Pain

Hello,
I'm 47 years old female. I have a pain in the back of my head. Located on the lower right. It is dull and low intensity but when I put my right arm up it gets worse and it becomes full pressure pain in one spot. Also, I feel nausea.
Please let me know if this is something I should see a doctor about it and what kind of doctor. I don't know if this involves muscles, bones or nerves. Few years ago I had similar pain in the same area but it was sudden and throbbing or sharp in one spot. The doctor sent me for a xray or mri ( I don't remember) and said that it looked like I had a jumping spotted vain that coused my problem. It was due to stress or something. However, this time the pain is different, mostly when I put my arm up and gets worse when I try to turn that arm up and to the left above my head.
Thank you for your help.
