Hello. I'm 49 And Contracted The HP1 N HPV2 Ten

Hello. I'm 49 and contracted the HP1 n HPV2 ten yrs ago by my Ex. Well recently I had my annual blood work done and my ObGyn ordered Valtrax. I haven't been on that since 96-97. Now I'm in a relationship but told my fiance that I have it. He told me he can't get it. Should we be cautious? We also want to try for a baby and get my tubes tied.
