Hello. I'm 50, female, healthy weight. Have a history of mitral insufficiency (had rheumatic fever as a kid), and recently have been having palpitations, so my cardiologist recommended a 30 day event monitor (used CardioNet's MCOT). Got my records from them (my appt w/cardio is on 2/3) and see several types of arrhythmias recorded, including sinus tachycardia (previously diagnosed w/that), PVCs, atrial runs, PACs, PSVTs and ventricular couplets. Report said nothing urgent/emergent captured. So I am ready for my appt, are these kind of "nuisance" rhythm issues, or should I expect some more investigation or diagnosis/treatment?
