Hello, I'm 52 And Have Been Recently Been Seeing A

Hello,
I'm 52 and have been recently been seeing a doctor for sacroiliitis and MPS. I've received multiple injections in my low spine. MRI results today and I wonder how they fit it to my prior diagnosis. I had minor pelvic injury 20 years ago.

L3-4: There is mild disc desiccation present. There may be a minimal concentric disc bulge. It only mildly indents the anterior margin of the thecal sac slightly more on the right than the left. There is no evidence of spinal or foraminal stenosis.

L4-5: There is mild disc desiccation present. There is a mild broad based disc bulge present. This mildly indents the anterior margin of the thecal sac without producing a spinal or foraminal stenosis.

There is straightening of the lumbar spinal lordosis consistent with spasm. No other significant bony abnormalities are identified. There is no other evidence of disc bulge or herniation. There is no other evidence of spinal or foraminal stenosis. The conus region and thecal sac are otherwise unremarkable.

IMPRESSION: Minimal disc pathology at L3-4 and L4-5 without significant encroachment on neural structures.
