This weekend I was playing hide and seek, and I was running around really fast and when I stepped, my my knee hyperextended really bad and my knee locked, and there was a VERY loud pop.My regular doctor thinks it's a very bad sprain, but I think I tore something. Can you tell me more about this kind of thing?
