Hello, I'm A 17 Year Old Who Is Concerned Over

Hello, I'm a 17 year old who is concerned over his scrotum. About a month ago I was taking a hot shower and my scrotum deflated in response to the heat. However, they deflated more than usual and haven't returned to their original position. I haven't seen my doctor as it hasn't hurt or irratated me. I just want to know if I should be concerned.
