Hello. I'm A 19 Year Old Male Who's Been Suffering

Hello. I'm a 19 year old male who's been suffering from a varicocele for roughly three or four weeks now. I've been to the ER for the excruciating pain in my left testicle and it was confirmed that I have a varicocele with a simple look and follow up ultrasound. I've noticed since this varicocele has come up that I am experiencing sluggishness, lack of a sex drive, and penile shrinking as well as trouble peeing which has resulted from the shrinkage. Could these symptoms all be related to the varicocele? And if so, what can I do to help it? My father suffers from the same thing and we have conflicting views on whether vasoconstriction or vasodilation can help with varicose veins. Could I get any advice on this as well?
