Hello, I'm a 20 year old healthy male. Well my problem started out about 2 weeks ago I started having very itchy inner thighs towards my groin area wich are still very itchy from time to time through out the day.. The the under side of my penis shaft started itching a few days ago. Where it was painfull having sex with my girlfriend. I noticed 2 red bumps on the top of the head on my penis. Their like pea sized just not as big as a pea an not perfectly round. They are as well itchy!!! I noticed tonight that theirs a little bit of a clear liquid coming out of the one bump on the left. I'm kinda worried on what it May be??? Please try to guide me with a possible diagnosis. I could provide a picture if need be.
