Hello, I'm A 23 Year Old Girl And I've Had

Hello,
I'm a 23 year old girl and I've had problems like vomiting, fainting, headaches and exhaustion as long as I can remember.
I've been tested by several doctors in several hospitals. They have diagnose me with several diseases and allergies and offered treatments that barely changed the problems.
7 years ago a blood test showed I might have coeliakie. The gastroscopie showed inconclusive, but the diet showed a lot of positive results with a decrease in all of the problems above.
Though I'm really greatfull for this change, I do miss gluten and I hear a lot about medication that would allow people to digest gluten better.
Does this medication work without a risk of damaging the intestants? And if so, which one would you recommend?
