Hello, I'm A 25 Year Old Lady, Who's Been Having

Hello, I'm a 25 year old lady, who's been having haemorrhoid problem (inner mostly) for over a month. I have trouble every morning with bowel movements-It's quite painful and irritating. There has been bleeding twice, and the pain usually lasts the entire day. I've seen a doctor who examined me externally, and prescribed Annusol HC and Soflax. The hydrocortisone cream itself helped me, and I've been taking a break from the painful BM for few days, until yesterday when the pain came back again in the morning with the BM. The pain stays there for couple of hours and goes away. This is getting bothersome and I'm not sure what I need to do. I've been having fruits and lots of fiber, but it seems it's not helping much. I've never had any problem in the past, unless I was travelling. Please advise.
