Hello. I'm A 27 Year Old Female That Was Recently

Hello. I'm a 27 year old female that was recently diagnosed with poly cystic ovarian syndrome. This was one month ago and for several weeks, I've had cloudy urine that sometimes smells. Not every time I go but mostly around evening time most days. I have some minor pains in my lower abdomen and sides every now and again, nothing severe. No fevers. Was tested for UTIs several times and came back negative. I drink water daily but I am often dehydrated. Why is my urine cloudy?
