Hello I'm A 28 Yr Old Female Who Has Been

Hello I'm a 28 yr old female who has been having sudden onsets of pain throughout my body including my head its some achy feeling but mostly sudden sharp lighting like pains. This has been happening for a couple years now. Also at time something similar happens but its just in the right side of my face which experience weird pains and sensation. Both onsets also come with sore throat like symptoms but never sick when it happens.
