Hello... I'm A 33 Year Old Male. As Of Late,

Hello... I'm a 33 year old male. As of late, I have felt tingling and numbness in the left side of my face, and numbness in my left arm and leg. All last week I as in the ER nearly every day, and the prognosis was constantly that I was over anxious/having a panic attack. Come this week, I feel fine... and thought maybe I was just having a bad week....
... Today I felt great. This evening, I took a puff from my friends e-cigarette... and it instantly felt like some of the smoke was "infiltrating" the left side of my face..... and once again, the left side of my face feels hot, and i'm getting numbness and tingling. I felt the left side of my throat, and all though my mind can get going on self-diagnosing, one side does feel different than the other.

Is it possible that there's a hole in my throat that's leaking into my nasal passages or something? Do I need to go to an ER?
