Hello. I'm A 33 Year Old Male And I Feel

Hello. I'm a 33 year old male and I feel something in my lower stomach and when I'm driving n hit a bump I can feel it and it feels weird. What could it be? I had a serious intestine infection 3 years ago could it be something to do with that. I haven't had any symptoms from my past infection but my stomach feels weird.
