Hello I'm A 46 Old Male . Last Year I

Hello I'm a 46 old male . last year I had two blood infections with severe back pain. Osteomylitous .Got a yeast infection in blood. All were cured. Also had two cyst on spine that were drained L3 L4. Mri showed spine was fine. Almost 6 months later still severe back pain. MRI showed vacuum disc phenomenon. In six months disc had degenerated . still suffer from severe back pain. No quality of life. All movements hurt. What can be done to get surgery on disc to stop pain
