Hello, I'm A 47 Year Old Female With A History

Hello, I'm a 47 year old female with a history of ovarian cysts. No periods for almost a year. I'm suffering from severe lower abdominal pain and had an ultra sound which showed no cysts. My cyst pains came once a month, but this is happening almost daily. What else could be causing my pain? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
