Hello, I'm A 55 Yrs Old Male, Over The Last

Hello, I'm a 55 yrs old male, over the last year I've been experiencing sudden hot flashes,light headed,sweating profusly, any time of day or night..over the last reward weeks this has been associated with nausea and dizziness. I'm concerned ,as in the last 4 years I've had both my hips replaced,aside lung surgery due to a infection..also have a heart condition..scents implanted in 2011...I'm always tired and have lost my appetite. .hopefully you can do she'd some light as to what might be the cause and next step....thanks I'M WILLING TO PAY THE 15.00 FOR A TRUE ANSWER IF YOUR GOING TO SAY SEE YOUR DOCTOR I THINK I'LL HAVE TO PASS SO DO YOU THINK I SHOULD PROCEED BECAUSE YOU'VE A DIAGNOSIS?
