Hello. I'm a 60 year old female who has developed a red ring in both sides of my anus. Bright red, burning and came on out of nowhere. I regularly bathe in Epsom salts. It's not itchy but is painful. It extends an inch or more away from the anus. It's embarrassing to write about. I've never had such a thing. It feels like the skin has been burned there. I feel a bit nauseated and flushed.
