Hello .. I'm A 62 Years Old Male .. I

Hello .. I'm a 62 years old male .. I have been working out regularly , and am in a good health .. It's been over 2 weeks that I have this shooting pain and numbness in my right hand .. It's during the day I feel my hand is falling sleep, and it gets much worse at night, that the numbness and pain wakes me up every 1/2 hour. I don't smoke or drink. I have not heart my right hand and arms neither ..
