Hello: I'm A 64 Year Old White Male In Excellent

Hello:
I'm a 64 year old white male in excellent health. Just had a PSA done with normal results. I do have a problem through when I drive long distance (ie on vacation) I have to stop every hour to urinate. Also my scrotum, buttocks area is very tender. No pain when I urinate or blood present.
