Hello I'm A 66yr Old Male That Has A 15%

Hello I'm a 66yr old male that has a 15% EF of my heart. I'm on 5 meds from a Heart Attack on Feb13 2015. Was on no meds prior 5yrs,blood pres was good and all was well. NOW I have only 15%EF and kidney failure stage 3 what can I do to improve myself?
