Hello, I'm a female age 64 years old and I've never had a nose bleed. This morning while in the shower my nose started bleeding excessively and then there were blood clots. And, now I woke up from sleep because I had blood in my throat from my nose (along with blood clots). After each episode I felt very light headed. I'm on no medication and I take no baby aspirin. I did take a 800mg of Ibuprofen.
