Hello I'm A Ftm Transgender I Had My First Testosterone

Hello I'm a ftm transgender I had my first testosterone shot on Friday four days ago. I'm noticing I have a mild soreness in my throat and neck around the lymph nodes also my nose is extremely congested . Is this a side effect of the testosterone. Or a normal everyday sinus cold? Just wanna be sure before I waste a trip to the doctors.
