Hello. I'm a male. 19. And I have had this small hole just above my anus and about 1-2 inches below the bottom of my spine. It bleeds mainly when I poop and is hard to stop. I first noticed it about 1-1&1/2 years ago. It never really used to be problem till just almost a year ago when I noticed that It really began to bleed a lot. I did some research online recently and I think from the way it has been described, that it is a pilonidal cyst. I also looked up how to cure it and it says it requires surgery to sow it closed. I've never had surgery before and I would really prefer not to. This is also a very embarrassing situation too. Is there any information or a solution to this problem that you can give me? Thank you.
