Hello, I'm An Otherwise Health 29-year-old Male With No History

Hello, I'm an otherwise health 29-year-old male with no history of diabetes, heart trouble, or kidney failure. For the past three days or so, I've felt a very slight discomfort on the right side of my back, just behind my ribcage. The discomfort comes and goes every hour or so, and is by no means severe. At first I suspected it was a symptom of kidney disease of some sort. However, I feel none of the other symptoms generally associated with kidney failure (my urine is clear and passes with no pain or blood, I don't feel more tired than I otherwise do, and I don't have a dry mouth). I've been told this may just be a slight muscle spasm that should abate on its own. What should I do? Thank you.
