Hello. I'm An Uninsured 40 Year Old With Iron Deficency

Hello. I'm an uninsured 40 year old with iron deficency anemia due to self diagnosed menorrhagia. (My child's pediatrician noticed something was wrong and ran blood work a few months ago. Ferritin: 3. Serum Iron: 10. Transferrin Iron: 2%) I don't have a doctor. I'm currently having an extremely heavy period. I have been bleeding sporadically for 4 weeks - steadily the last 10 days - heavy the last 4 days. I have been flooding ultra tampons and passing large clots every 10-30 minutes for 14 hours. I'm starting to worry that I might be hemorrhaging. What are the symptoms I should be looking for that would suggest this is more than just another heavy period? Thanks so much for your help!
