Hello, I'm Breastfeeding My 1 Year Old And I Can't

Hello, I'm breastfeeding my 1 year old and I can't tell if I may be pregnant. I started to get some backpain this week and it seems like it gradually got worse. The other day I was crying for no reason or just seemed extra sensitive. I feel a light pain in my lower abdomen as well. I know I'm not due to start my period for about 2 weeks. This may be tmi or irrelevant but we had sex earlier today and I feel a pee/watery substance that seems like it was dripping down my legs so often. I was curious on if I may be pregnant or if something else is going on since it seems to early to tell.
