Im concerned as I have missed 2 periods have had discomfort in my lower abdomen and lower back, along with pains just below my rib cage. It can get extremely uncomfortable when I sit for extended periods of time. I get nausea, heartburn and dizziness. I had a blood pregnancy test last month that came back negative. Im a little confused
