Hello, I’m Currently Suffering With Mild Tinnitus On Both Ears.

Hello, I’m currently suffering with mild tinnitus on both ears. The tinnitus first appeared November 2017 after getting an earwax removal. I also suffer from severe anxiety and stress and was wondering if the anxiety and stress were the cause for the tinnitus. I also want to know if by using stress relieving pills will help with the tinnitus because living like this is so hard.
