I'm currently taking 25mg of metoprolol tartrate 4 times a day (200 mg). My blood pressure is normally around 115/70 ~ish tonight it's hovering 155/110. I see online the range for the metoprolol tartrate is 100-400 safely. Could someone advise if could take one additional pill tonight for it to go down a little? I have a dr app scheduled for tomorrow morning with my primary care physician.
