Hello, I'm Debating With Myself Over Whether I Should Visit

Hello, I'm debating with myself over whether I should visit the emergency room. I went to Georgia recently (the country, not the state) to be with my girlfriend, and I came back very sick. It started there, the sickness. Sophie fell ill first, she had a sore throat and a bit of coughing. Then I manifested my own symptoms. I'm almost certain that it's the same disease, but I think it's affecting me in a slightly different form. I could be wrong of course, I'm not doctor. I think this might be something a lot more serious than a flu at this point. It's been going on for roughly over a week now, I've had diarrhea every single day, my throat is sore even though I'm using Robitussin, my nose is constantly clogged even after I started using a nasal spray today. I can barely think now with this headache I have. That's another thing. I started getting headaches, and Tylenol doesn't seem to be doing much at all. Sometimes there's a bit of blood in my mucus when I blow my nose hard, but I'm hoping that's just due to the severity I employ when I do that. Does any here have any advice for me?
