Hello, I'm Diagnosed With Adult Adhd (heavy Form) About 20

Hello, I'm diagnosed with adult adhd (heavy form) about 20 years ago. I have been able to manage it, using ritalin, but had to switch over to dextroamphetamine as ritalin was not effective. I can't take any neuroleptics, they all make me sick (meuniere's disease symptoms). Medication: Effexor XL 150 morning + 20 mg dextro, at 2 PM another 20 mg and 20 mg at 7 PM. To sleep I use Trazolan (100mg half hour before sleeping). I'm 1.70m - 68 kg. Have been having a lot of issues lately with throat and coughing ... Can dex be the reason?
