Hello, I'm Experiencing A Slide Itchiness Near My Frenulum Or

Hello, I'm experiencing a slide itchiness near my frenulum or on the frenulum for 3,4 months. i've been having sex with my partner for almost five months i always use condom during intercourse. i don't have any bumps, red line or soreness down there.. i try to scratch it sometimes dosn't feel any pain just de allergy type reaction. what could be the cause?
