Hello I'm Experiencing Some Discharge And I Think It's BV

Hello I'm experiencing some discharge and I think it's BV because I've had it before. I have a doctor's appointment made for next week but the symptoms are worrying me. My vagina is extremely sore and when I examine myself I see a lot of extra skin, a whole bunch of fleshy bumps inside. It's not like they're sores or anything and they don't hurt when I touch them. Penetration is horribly painful though. It's like if my opening is blocked by all this. When I push out it opens up and more skin and bumps come out. It's so horrible I'm scared it could be something way worse than BV.
