Hello I'm Going To Doctor Tomorrow They Wouldn't See Me

Hello I'm going to doctor tomorrow they wouldn't see me before said I was too early which I find ridiculous but I am estimating myself being 6-8 weeks pregnant so far..I didn't feel even pregnant with my last child now almost 2 years old now I am overall tired,my back and hips hurt occasionally and I have had light spotting of brown,pink and darker pink..and earlier had a tiny little string clot about 1/4 and inch in size that was only one every test I've taken is positive and I feel nauseous sometimes I had none of that with my son. Just feel very anxious and nervous and worries. Also last pregnancy I was induced in the end 41 weeks due to high blood pressure and I bought a home blood pressure machine and it's been pretty good so far very normal nice readings so I am just very worried as the new symptoms occurring
