Hello, I'm having a problem with genital boils. I know warm compress usually help with the itching and pain. I use tea tree oil after drying the area. Can I use Epsom salt or witch hazel to help? Also, what about Bacitracin? I'm currently receiving treatment for pancreatic cancer and maybe this might be a problem from the treatments. I also take antibiotic (Levaquin) to treat a lung infection from bronchiatasis. What is the best home treatment do you suggest? The boils are inside and also outside. Please HELP!
