Hello, I'm having a problem with pain in my lower back. Just trying to stretch out my tight buttocks and the muscles around the lower back. I find the most effective way is to bend over positioning my head toward my knees. Wondering if that's safe to do so? I'm having ongoing issues with my back. Mainly due to a slight misalignment in my spine which I get chiropractic treatment for on a regular basis. Not able to really find any information regarding this type of stretch. Thanks for your time.
